In this role, you will:

  • Deliver meaningful financial insights and analysis to support leadership decision-making
  • Enhance accounting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls
  • Analyze financial results and identify opportunities for cost management and performance improvement
  • Monitor financial activity to reduce reporting risk and ensure regulatory and policy compliance
  • Research and apply accounting guidance to support accurate reporting and disclosures
  • Prepare and maintain general ledger activity, reconciliations, and journal entries for monthly close
  • Ensure expenses and transactions align with company policies and authorization requirements
  • Support external reporting, documentation standards, and internal information requests
  • Contribute to team flexibility through cross-training and collaborative coverage

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience
  • Working knowledge of Fixed Assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset reconciliation
  • Experience supporting capital projects, including cost tracking and proper accounting treatment
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Comfortable working in a fully onsite, collaborative environment
